If you would like to return an item first, you
will need to fill out our online Request Return Form. Once you submit the form we will contact you with a Return Authorization number. You must submit this form or contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of the item you wish to return. Once you receive a Return Authorization number, ship the item(s) to be returned, including the Return Authorization number to:

We must receive the shipment within 10 business days of the issuance of the
Return Authorization number. You are responsible for the shipping cost of
returning the item, and for any damage that may occur to the item in return
transit. We charge a restocking fee on returned items of $2.99, or 5% of the item's
retail price, whichever is higher.
